Frank Matthews, Woodman Brewery, Lodge Street, Middleton, Greater Manchester.

Recorded in 1906. Brewery built 1879.

Creditors accepted a composition in 1904 subject to a Mr Lawless becoming a partner. Further investigations made in to the partnership of Matthews & Lawless the following year.
