Frank Kendall-Chapman, Prince of Wales Brewery, Bungay Road, Halesworth, Suffolk.

Offered for auction 1st November 1906 but was withdrawn at £20,000. Offered again July 1907 with 12 houses.

Maltings used until 1967.
