Frank Henry Chambers, Wellington Hotel, Station Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

In 1932 Frank Chambers, brewer, of the Wellington Hotel was fined £50 for increasing the gravity of beer by mixing sugar with it after duty had been charged. Denied adding any sugar. Brewed 200 galls once a week but losing his sight and had to employ a brewer.
