Brewing ceased 1914 and beer was supplied by [[Morland & Co. Ltd]]. who amalgamated them with [[Dymore Brown & Sons Ltd]]. in 1943.
Closed 1913/14 and supplied from [[Dymore Brown & Sons Ltd]], effectively another subsidiary of [[Morland & Co. Ltd]], who bought any remaining shares in 1928 and amalgamated the two businesses in 1943.  
 
However, the name remained for the wine & spirit business.

Fergusons Ltd, Angel Brewery, 116/117 Broad Street, Reading, Berkshire.

Originally a wines and spirits merchants who started brewing in 1863.

Registered 1899.

Closed 1913/14 and supplied from Dymore Brown & Sons Ltd, effectively another subsidiary of Morland & Co. Ltd, who bought any remaining shares in 1928 and amalgamated the two businesses in 1943.

However, the name remained for the wine & spirit business.
