Edwards' Brewery Ltd, Abbey Brewery, Abbey Street, Bishops Waltham, Hampshire.
Recorded as Charles Matcham's Steam Brewery between 1875 and 1878 and Heaver and Babbage in 1885.
Acquired by Edward Edwards 1895. Registered 1898 to acquire the business and John Wiltshire of Droxford.
Acquired by the Winchester Brewery Co. Ltd. 1923 with 11 tied houses and brewing ceased.
Part still standing and used as a garden centre. Site now "Brewery Mill".
