Edward R Seller, 105 Foregate Street, Chester, Cheshire.

Can be traced back to 1662.

The Seller family were involved from 1761 at the latest. The brewery and estate pubs were acquired by the Albion Brewery Co. Ltd (Wigan) in 1891.

Premises offered for sale in 1893 with covenant against brewing and plant up for sale in 1895.
