Founded 1831 as wine and spirit merchants and were brewing by 1860. Offices and cellars were at Dixon Lane when they were hop bitters brewers at the Furnival Brewery. Registered October 1901

Founded 1831 as wine and spirit merchants and were brewing by 1860. Offices and cellars were at Dixon Lane when they were hop bitters brewers at the Furnival Brewery. Registered October 1901

Acquired by Joshua Tetley & Son Ltd. 1954 after they had moved to the Lady's Bridge Brewery and brewing ceased before 1964.
