Registered December 1876. Old Brewery Tiverton bought by William Hancock & Son (Wiveliscombe) Ltd. 1919. Voluntary liquidation May 1923. New Passage Brewery and 27 houses acquired by the New Victoria Brewery Co. Ltd at that time.
