'Dawkins Taverns' pub company was established in 2002. The Matthews Brewery Matthew's Brewing Co in Timsbury, Somerset was acquired by the owner of Dawkins Taverns in 2010. Name changed as above when the brewery and pubs businesses were separated.
The brewery relocated to Easton, Bristol in 2015. A Dave Porter brewery was installed.
