David Roberts & Sons Ltd, Trefechan, Aberystwyth, Dyfed.

Founded 1844. Merged with T.E.Issard & Co of Newtown 1890 to form the Montgomeryshire Brewery Co. Ltd but this company was liquidated in 1893.

Registered as above May 1897. Re-registered 26th April 1935 as Robert's Brewery Ltd, liquidated 24th October 1941 and was registered as above.

They acquired Facey & Son Ltd of Abergavenny in 1950 with 12 public houses and brewing ceased there in 1960.

Acquired by William Hancock & Co. Ltd in 1960 with 117 public houses and brewing ceased.
