Crosswell's Cardiff Brewery Ltd, Penarth Road, Ely, South Glamorgan.

Founded for the sale of Showell's Brewery Co. Ltd beers in South Wales.

Registered 22nd July 1897 to amalgamate the Caerphilly & Castle Brewery Co. Ltd and Crosswells Ltd.

Acquired by Andrew Buchan's Breweries Ltd. of Rhymney in 1938 and brewing ceased 1947.

Bottling continued until at least 1958.
