Registered February 1887 as the Redruth Brewery Co. Ltd to acquire the businesses of the Redruth Brewery Co. and W.C.Wickett of Penryn. 194 public houses.

Acquired by Devenish & Co. Ltd. of Weymouth 1934 and name changed to Devenish Redruth Brewery Co. Ltd. 1960 and again as above September 1986.

Ceased brewing 2004.
