Brewing commenced 2003. Also known as Skipton Brewery Ltd. Started March 2003 with a 10 barrel steam powered plant sourced from Germany. Upgraded to a 40 barrel plant during 2004 and upgraded again in 2006 and 2009.
In 2015, the brewery relocated to Airedale Business Park, Skipton, and operated under the Greyhawk Brewery name.
The brewery was taken over in 2016, but following a legal dispute contract brewing of Copper Dragon beers at Camerons restarted in summer 2017.
The Airedale Park site was taken over by Beer Monkey Brew Co Ltd.
Copper Dragon beers then brewed by Recoil Brewing Co Ltd on a new site.
