A number of beers were brewed at Wapping during 2006/7 by the landlord of the pub.
After running a brewery at the Baltic Fleet in Liverpool, Mark Yates established Connoisseur Ales in September 2014, the 5-barrel brewery being acquired from the Fenland Brewery in Ely.
The brewery has an open day with on-sales on the first Saturday of each month.
