After running a brewery at the Baltic Fleet in Liverpool, Mark Yates established Connoisseur Ales in September 2014, the 5-barrel brewery being acquired from Fenland Brewery in Ely.
A number of beers were brewed at Wapping during 2006/7 by the landlord of the pub.
