Established by Steve Draper and Don Graves in 1997. A 10-barrel plant.
In 2002 they moved to Chittering.
City of Cambridge Brewery, Ely Road, Chittering, Cambridgeshire.
Brewing commenced 2002 following move from Cambridge. Brewing ceased in 2007.
