Formed in 1946 when the Chesham Brewery Ltd (T & J Nash) merged with Hopcraft & Norris Ltd of Brackley.

Acquired by Taylor, Walker & Co. Ltd in 1956. Brewing ceased at Chesham 1957 and Brackley 1959. Properties transferred to Benskins Ltd in 1962 and brewery demolished.
