Charles Wells Ltd, Eagle Brewery, Havelock Street, Bedford, Bedfordshire

Original brewery in Horne Lane built after 1818 and was acquired by Charles Wells 1875.

Registered 1910.

New brewery as above opened 1976.

Still brewing under the name Wells & Young's Brewing Co. Ltd.

In 2017, the company sold its brewing operation to Marstons; but retained its pub estate.
