Founded by L Davis 1845 as the Park Brewery and name had been changed to the North Kent Brewery by 1878.

Registered April 1943.

Acquired by Courage, Barclay & Simonds Ltd 1963 and brewing ceased 1965.

The brewery has been demolished.
