The brewery dated from the 18th Century.  
The brewery was built in 1733 by William Hicks.  


Acquired by the [[Rock Brewery (Brighton) Ltd]]. 1911 and was later sold to [[Fremlins Ltd]].

The brewery was built in 1733 by William Hicks.

Acquired by the Rock Brewery (Brighton) Ltd. 1911 and was later sold to Fremlins Ltd.

Brewery demolished c.1970.
