Brewery opened 1899, William Vickers listed here 1902-03. For sale 1904 and again 1906 and July 1909, when said to have been out of use only very short time!

Morris & Place listed here until 1906. In 1922 used by the Carlton Bleaching & Dyeing Co Ltd and in 1941 by the Ilkeston Hosiery Finishing Co Ltd.

Buildings remain with Grade II listing.
