Butler's Crown Brewery Ltd, Crown Brewery, 36/37 Broad Street, Birmingham, West Midlands

Built 1880s by William Butler at rear of the Crown public house. Registered January 1895. Merged with Henry Mitchell & Co. Ltd with 130 houses in 1898 to form Mitchells & Butlers Ltd. Oddly, Whitbread & Co. Ltd listed here 1921.

The brewery buildings survived almost into the C21 before falling to the city centre redevelopment. The Crown pub still trades, but these days more of a nightclub.
