Founded 1863 as Dickenson, Nicholls and Stone.
Acquired by E P Dawson & Co. in 1872.
Above registered December 1889 to acquire E P Dawson and H J Buckmaster, Lincoln, with a total of 177 tied houses.
Sold to Albion (Burton-on-Trent) Brewery Ltd. in 1897 and houses resold to Salt & Co. Ltd in 1897 and 1901.
Moor Street Brewery sold to Briggs & Co. brewers engineers 1900.
No buildings survive.
