Charles Bunting Ltd, Uttoxeter and Dove Valley Breweries, Church Street and High Street, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.

Registered in June 1895 to acquire the assets of the Uttoxeter & Dove Valley Brewery Co. Ltd in liquidation, with 26 public houses.

Acquired by Parker's Burslem Brewery Co. Ltd in 1929 and brewing ceased but the company was not fully absorbed until 1939.

Site now a shopping precinct.
