Brougham Arms, 43, later 37 Kirkgate, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

For sale 1895 under the will of occupant Mrs Ellen Forrest. Then Frederick Sedgwick in 1897 and acquired by Ilkley Brewery & Aerated Water Co.
