British Lager Brewery Co. Ltd, 24 Devon Street, Liverpool, City Centre, Merseyside.

Originally in the hands of William & John Duck whose partnership was dissolved in 1888.

A James Bonthrone was prosecuted and fined in 1899 for carrying out experimental brews and "using the premises as a brewery without an excise entry".

Registered 4th March 1899. Wound up 27th November 1902. No tied houses.
