Bristol Brewing Company started brewing in 2003 at Fairway Industrial Centre, Golf Course Way, Bristol, but ceased the same year.
They restarted in 2004 at 291 North Street, Southville, Bristol; but that same year moved to the former Ashton Gate Brewery Co. Ltd.
In 2004, the Bristol Brewing Co Ltd moved in and set up a 10 barrel microbrewery called the BRISTOL BEER FACTORY in the basement of the fermenting block that was originally built 100 years earlier in 1904.
