Brewing commenced 1997 but ceased in 1999 when the plant was relocated to Scawby Brook and it became [[Orchard Brewery (Brigg)]].


Following the closure of the Brigg Brewery, the 2 barrel plant was moved to a new location and production restarted under this new name in late summer 2000 but ceased 2002.
