Brierley's Woolpack Brewery Ltd, Woolpack Brewery, Mount Street, Heywood, Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Registered June 1895. Acquired by the Phoenix Brewery Co. Ltd in 1898 with 6 houses and brewing ceased, although it is still shown on the OS map in 1907.
Some time after 1907, the Phoenix Brewery built the Woolpack pub on nearby Birch Street.
