Breeds & Co. Ltd, Hastings Brewery, 33 High Street, Hastings, East Sussex.

Founded c.1802. Registered October 1897 to acquire Thomas Breeds & Co. Acquired by George Beer & Rigden & Co Ltd. 1931 with about 32 public houses and brewing ceased.
