Acquired by Waller's Bradford Brewery Ltd. in August 1916 with 75 houses divided with Richard Whitaker & Sons Ltd.

Brewing was transferred here and new company registered June 1925.

Acquired by Leeds & Wakefield Breweries Ltd in 1935.

Brewery closed 1935 though malting continued until 1973

Has been demolished.
