The brewhouse was supplied by SSV via Lehui. The vessels to the rear are the mash mixer, lauter, copper and whirlpool. The pre-run vessel is on this side of the working area.
The brew vessels are at a mezzanine level; in view are the whirlpool and copper and the vents for the lauter and mash mixer.
