Bohem Brewery was founded in early 2017, by Zdenek Kudr, and Petr Skocek, two Czech expats, exclusively brewing traditional Bohemian lagers, in London. Bohem began in Whittington Road, but moved into new larger premises on an industrial estate on West Road, N17, in January 2018, with the official opening in June. They imported a new, bespoke brew-house, standard fermenters and conical tanks from Prostejov, in the Czech Republic, and hired a new brewer, from Brevnov Monastery Brewery.
