Ltd, Commission Street Brewery, Bolton; E A Rothwell, Russell Street Brewery, Hulme; J.O.& J.Wood, Denholme Gate Brewery, Denholme; John Greenwood, wine and spirit merchant, Halifax; Greenwood Brothers, Caledonia Brewery, Bradford; William Wallace, Crown Brewery, Bradford and wine and spirit merchants Piccadilly (Manchester) Ltd. with a total of 162 houses and 43 off-licences.
The Lancashire properties were sold to the Cornbrook Brewery Co. Ltd. 1899 and those in Yorkshire were acquired by Bentley's Yorkshire Breweries Ltd. in January 1921. Went into voluntary liquidation in May 1946.
