The Lancashire properties were sold to the [[Cornbrook Brewery Co. Ltd]]. 1899 and those in Yorkshire were acquired by [[Bentley's Yorkshire Breweries Ltd]]. in January 1921. Went into voluntary liquidation in May 1946.
