Blair & Co. (Alloa) Ltd, Townhead Brewery, Alloa, Clackmannanshire

Founded by Alexander Blair in 1853. Registered in 1876 and then again in 1883 as Blair & Co. of Alloa Ltd.

Went into voluntary liquidation and a new company of the same name was registered on 10th June 1896.

Voluntary liquidation again in January 1936 and was re-registered as above in the same year.

They acquired Robert Knox (Cambus) Ltd of Alloa in September 1954 and closed that brewery in 1955.

Acquired by George Younger & Sons Ltd of Alloa in 1959 with 20 tied houses and was closed.

Now demolished.
