Founded by Alexander Blair 1853.

Registered in 1876 and then again in 1883 as Blair & Co. of Alloa Ltd.

Went into voluntary liquidation and a new company of the same name was registered on 10th June 1896.

Voluntary liquidation January 1936 and was re-registered as above in the same year.

Acquired by George Younger & Sons Ltd. 1959 with 20 tied houses and was closed.

Now demolished.
