Founded by Mike Reynolds, May 1981 to supply the Bird-in-Hand pub at the bird sanctuary.

Still in operation. Originally the Paradise Brewery.

Paradise Brewery, Unit 2, The Old Creamery , Wrenbury , Cheshire .

Brewing commenced 2000. Premises shared with Woodlands Farm Brewing Co.
