Thomas Berry & Co. Ltd, Moorhead Brewery, South Street Moor, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Founded 1824 as the Ecclesall Brewery and was renamed the Moorhead Brewery 1874. Not in Ecclesall, but located near the junction of The Moor and Furnival Street in the city centre. Registered December 1873.
Acquired by Tennant Brothers Ltd in 1923 with 78 houses and brewing ceased.
Plant sold by 1924.
The brewery features in The Noted Breweries of Great Britain and Ireland by Alfred Barnard published 1890.
