Bentley & Shaw Ltd, Lockwood Brewery, Bridge Street, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Founded by Timothy Bentley 1795.

Two of his sons established the breweries at Rotherham and Woodlesford.

Registered October 1891.

Acquired by Hammond's Bradford Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1944 with 192 tied houses.

Brewing ceased 1962 but maltings still standing.
