Bell & Co. Ltd, Hempshaw Brook Brewery, Hempshaw Lane, Stockport, Greater Manchester

Founded by Avery Fletcher 1835 and was acquired by Smith & Bell in 1850. Registered in 1898.

Acquired by Frederic Robinsons Ltd in April 1949 with 160 houses. Brewing continued until 1968 and bottling until 1975.

Much of the brewery was demolished in 2012.
