Belhaven Brewery Co. Ltd, Brewery Lane, Dunbar, East Lothian EH42 1PE

Founded in 1719. Acquired by Ellis Dudgeon in 1815. Registered as Dudgeon & Co. Ltd in 1944.

Acquired by Clydesdale Commonwealth Hotels Ltd in 1972 with 7 tied houses and the name was changed as above. Public houses increased to 25 but these had all been sold by 1984.

Acquired by Control Securities Ltd. in December 1988 with 41 tied houses.

In 2005 bought by Greene King & Sons Ltd and brewing has continued under the Belhaven name.
