Beat Ales took over the premises of the closed North Curry Brewery in Somerset.

In July 2018, Beat Brewery was purchased by Topcat Brewery Limited and relocated to Lye in the West Midlands. There is a tap room on-site, open Fridays and Saturdays.

All the beers are "music inspired" and vegan-friendly.
