Founded 1750.  
In 1870 “Godsall” and Bayliss partnership dissolved and mention of John’s Brewery, noting that brewer Thomas Alexander Johns probate 1863.  


Offered for auction 27th April 1921 with 2 public houses: The Nottingham Arms, Tewkesbury and The Seven Stars, Upton on Severn.  
Sandles mentions that they brewed near St Johns Bridge.  


At rear of Nottingham Arms.
Brewing may have ceased around then, though see Nottingham Arms entry.
