Incorporated as a Limited Company in 1894. Directors: Montagu M. W. Baird (Chairman and Managing Director) (son of Founder), Robert Strathern, W.S., John Kennedy, Robert V. Reid, Franklin M. Baird, J. Russell Wardle. Secretary: Alexander Forsyth.
One of the oldest firms in the trade.
