Thomas William George was recorded as brewing in Eaton between 1841 and 1856.
There was a brewery on the site by 1643. Richard Marston in 1863. Richard and Charles Marston in 1883, then acquired by Arthur J Day.
The business was amalgamated with Cooper-Brown & Co of East Dereham by 1888.
Continued to brew until the enlarged business was taken over by Steward & Patteson Ltd in 1923.
