Alexander Frederick Tooth, Castle Brewery, Castle Street, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Founded by 1851.

By 1874 was Wootten & Mann, King's Head Brewery and was acquired by Tooth 1894 and renamed the Castle Brewery.

Acquired by J.& J.E.Phillips Ltd of Royston 1899 and brewing ceased.

In 1900 Hudson's Cambridge & Pampisford Breweries were using it as a store.

Buildings finally demolished c.1990.
