James Alderson & Co. Ltd, Warley Spring Brewery, Burnley Road, Northowram, Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Until 1899 was at the Lower Brear Brewery, Northowram.

Registered 1900 to acquire the Brackenbed Brewery of Jonathan Sheard in Halifax and Windmill Hill Brewery (Halifax), Northowram.

Bought the Albion Brewery, Warley, with 53 houses from the Halifax Brewery Co. Ltd. in 1902 and renamed as above.

Acquired by Ramsden & Son Ltd. with 36 houses in 1919 and dismantled.
