James Alderson & Co. Ltd, Warley Spring Brewery, Burnley Road, Northowram, Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Until 1899 was at the Lower Brear Brewery, Northowram.

Registered 1900 to acquire the Brackenbed Brewery, Halifax and Windmill Hill Brewery, Northowram.
