Founded by Thomas Airey 1869 and brewed at various sites before the Victoria Brewery was acquired by 1898.
Registered November 1906.
Acquired by Walker Cain Ltd. in 1926 with about 40 tied houses that were transferred to the Oldfield Brewery Ltd. in 1933.
