Timothy Taylor first brewed at the Cook Lane Brewery in 1858 before moving to the Knowle Spring Brewery in 1863. Aaron King subsequently occupied the Cook Lane site.
In 1935 Taylors purchased the Globe and Eastwood Tavern, Keighley, and 2 off-licences from Aaron King.
Ceased brewing in 1958 just prior to their last three public houses being sold at auction.
The brewery was demolished in 1961 and a shopping centre built on the site in 1965.
